1.Patterns.
a. Dimensions check - up by our QC - Inspector.

2.Cast Components.
a.
Pouring Witness - by us / clients representative.

b.
Test Bar -  Chemical Composition and Physical properties are analyside in Government approved laboratories and co-related Certificates are kept as per relevant

c. Foundry Certificate.

d. Non - destructive Test including Radiography / Ultrasound ...Test.............. conducted on castings as per the client's requirement.

e. Visual and Dimensional check on Castings.

3. Trim Components / Machined Components.

a. Test Bar -  Chemical Composition and Physical properties are analyside in Government approved laboratories and co-related Certificates are kept as per relevant

b.
Strict control by our Works Supervisor and Quality Control Inspector on machined components. Incase of any rejection, a .seperate rejection tag is put on the rejected lot.

4. Bought - Out Items.

a. Inspection at supplier's works. Vendor's authentication certificate, as per relevant standards/codes / Drg.

b.
Visual and dimensional check.

5. Assembly and Testing.
a.
Every individual valves are tested Hydraulically for Body and Seat / Backseat  as per the relevant standard.

b.
Air - Test for Seals are also carried out as per mi relevant std.

c. Every individual valves are subjected to over all dimensional check-up as well as oprational check - up after complete assembly.

6. Painting.
a.
Un-machined Surface of every individual valve after Hydraulic test are painted with two coats of Zinc Oxide and norm or else as per relevant standards / codes two coats of final paint generally as per customer's painting.

7. Packing.

a.
Final packing before despatch is tested at our works for strength of the packing and its robustness.
